EcoYoga Adventure

Johnson Lake, Banff, Alberta
I've been back to my workouts now for 2 full weeks. Starting to build strength back up again and feeling quite sore... in a good way. I actually missed the muscle aches while I was off resting - is that sick?!

This week I'm adding one more workout in and what better way to prepare than with an
EcoYoga Adventure! My yogi friend Tessa is getting married
this summer and instead of having a traditional bachelorette party filled with copious amounts of alcohol drank through penis-shaped straws, she opted for a peaceful adventure in Banff.

Ronna, of EcoYoga Adventures, was our guide and took us to the very beautiful Johnson Lake. She guided us through a walking meditation to our special spot - an open grass-filled area by the lake surrounded by a stunning view of the Rockies. Blisssssss!!!

A day later and I'm still feeling calm, grounded, peaceful, and ready for my week of training!! Who knew yoga could be so amazing?

To my Cavegirls,

Welcome to week 2 of the challenge! By now you should have received the grocery list and meal plan for this week. You'll find some oddly named meals,
but don't worry I'll make sure to get you the recipes in time - and they're FUN!!

If you're sitting on the fence about picking up Everyday Paleo, I'd highly recommend picking it up this week! It's a great resource and has a meal plan that you can continue with when I'm done with you! ;-) You can pick it up at a local Chapters store or online at either Chapters or Amazon. Also, make sure to check out her blog for more great info and recipes - www.everydaypaleo.com.

Today's recipe was sent in by Cavegirl Megan - Cauliflower Bites. Thanks Megan!
