Grilled Peppers

Another Spring day, another perfect day to make use of the grill! Here's the recipe for today's sidedish - grilled peppers. This recipe is good for 2 servings so if you're making dinner for others feel free to double up!

Grilled Peppers
1 yellow pepper, thickly sliced
1 red pepper, thickly sliced
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Place the peppers on the grill for 6-8 minutes or until tender.

Put the peppers in a bowl with the oil and balsamic vinegar. If you have some garlic you can add that in for some extra flavour. Mix in the bowl and serve!
